Who is Bozo Texino?
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to just hop a train and ride all over the country? Well, after seeing this movie I doubt I will ever have that feeling again. First of all, most of the box cars are metal now and the old-hobos will tell you that they are not great to ride in. Secondly, I don't think I could pull myself on to one very easily. Thirdly, since 9/11 there has been a large crackdown on allowing people to ride the rails - while engineers used to be more sympathetic, now they are likely to lose their jobs if they know someone is on a train and don't report it or pull them off.
All in all, 'Who is Bozo Texino?' was an entertaining film. The dialogue was entirely of hobos discussing the lifestyle and the graffiti that is prevelant among them. I would have liked a little more information about the symbols used to mark out good spots - but maybe this is no longer as common as it was during the depression. I would have also liked more history, but I am a nerd.

If this lifestyle appeals to you, remember riding the rails can be very dangerous.
