Book Review

OK so I am only half-way through the SCARIEST book I have read in a while. I recommend it for anyone who is truly worried about the power that a small minority has over our government right now - the Christian Right.

'Kingdom Coming: The Rise of Christian Nationalism' by Michelle Goldberg

It is well written and not too long. She is a writer for Salon.com.

Sandwiches

I received a letter at work the other day in which a man, who was currently experiencing severe mental health symptomes, stated that he couldn't be sure but he felt that he was 'a sandwich shy of a picnic'.

This saying will pepper my sparkling conversation from now on.
